Payment Policy
In case of a deposit arrangement, 30% will be paid upon your booking confirmation. The remaining balance will be paid on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Low – Mid Season: April(excluding easter period) – May – June – September – October
Booking modifications or cancellation without charges will be allowed 14 days prior to arrival.
In case of any cancellation after this period there will be a two-night charge.
In case of a no-show the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
High Season: July – August

House rules:
- Loud music is not allowed from 2p.m to 5.30p.m and 11pm to 7a.m as by the Greek law for quiet hours.
- Please make sure when you leave the house to go out, not to leave any electric devices on such as the air-condition, t.v, kitchen stoves etc.
- You are not allowed to use the linen and towels outside the property, such as the beach, a trip etc.
- Tap water is not for drinking (as in 95% of the island, always have in mind to buy bottled water)
- Please don’t leave doors & windows open when the air-condition is on, in order to avoid any damage of the unit.
- Please don’t throw papers in the toilet due to the different drainage system of Greece, there will be a problem. You can use the small bin in the bathroom.
- Non-hotel residents are not allowed in the rooms without being registered on arrival.
- Smoking is allowed only outside on the balcony.
- When cooking please turn on the kitchen extractor.
- All damages must be reported.
If you don’t follow the rules charges may apply and we retain the right to use the security deposit.
